The Management Cockpit is an ergonomic concept for structuring and visualizing performance indicators, that are displayed in easy-to-understand graphs on the walls of a meeting room. Thus the communication of the management team can be accelerated and streamlined through the use of ergonomically optimized visualizations of decision-relevant information.

SEM-CPM comprises the software for the Management Cockpit. It can be used either as an employee's or manager's workplace or for the operation of a Management Cockpit Room.

The SAP Management Cockpit is a tool with which you can use high-quality graphics to process all the data on which you base your business decisions. This data can be both internal and external to your enterprise: you can, for example, illustrate the relationship between your enterprise's investment strategy and the current state of the financial markets.

The SAP Management Cockpit helps you process information by allowing direct access to reporting data in the SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW). Here, you can freely combine accounting, logistics or human resources data. Predefined informative graphics and a well-thought out structure for arranging the visual information units enable you to easily convert the data into presentable information.

The graphics represent information units, which allow management to grasp even complex situations at a glance and to make the required decisions as quickly as possible.
